            Senator Stollings moved to amend the amendment on page nine, section thirteen-a, line seven, after the word “allowed” by changing the period to a comma and inserting the following proviso: Provided, That if the facility allows smoking then each entrance to the facility shall have posted a sign of no less than eighteen inches by twenty-four inches, which says “DANGER: THIS PREMISES CONTAINS TOBACCO SMOKE.”.
